1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the VIP Luxe Travel website and booking our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Services and Bookings

VIP Luxe Travel arranges luxury travel experiences in Morocco. Our services include accommodations, tours, transportation, and dining experiences. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement between you and VIP Luxe Travel.

• Bookings require a valid deposit to secure your travel dates
• Final payment is due 60 days before your travel date
• Confirmation will be sent via email after payment receipt
• All itineraries are subject to availability and change

3. Payment Terms

Payment shall be made in accordance with our pricing and payment schedule:

• Deposit: 30% of total cost (non-refundable after 30 days)
• Final payment: Due 60 days before travel date
• Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, bank transfers, wire transfers
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• Currency exchange rates may apply for non-USD payments

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received by the due date.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on the time of cancellation:

• More than 90 days before travel: Full refund minus 30% non-refundable deposit
• 60-90 days before travel: 50% refund of paid amount
• 30-60 days before travel: 25% refund of paid amount
• Less than 30 days before travel: No refund
• No-show: No refund, full cost charged

Special events (holidays, festivals) may have different cancellation policies. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Travel Documentation

Clients are responsible for:

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
• Obtaining necessary visas (if required)
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)
• Required vaccinations and health documentation
• Informing us of any special health or dietary requirements

VIP Luxe Travel is not responsible for entry denial due to lack of documentation.

6. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with travel, including:

• Natural disasters and unforeseen events
• Political instability or civil unrest
• Health risks and accidents
• Transportation mishaps
• Changes in weather conditions

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and evacuation.

7. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIP Luxe Travel shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Delays or changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control
• Actions of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, guides)
• Personal injuries, illnesses, or accidents
• Loss of personal belongings or valuables

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

VIP Luxe Travel acts as an intermediary between you and hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other service providers. These third parties are independent contractors and not our employees. We are not responsible for:

• Quality of services provided by third parties
• Overbooking or cancellations by hotels or airlines
• Service failures or breaches
• Personal conduct of guides or service staff

Complaints should be addressed directly with the service provider. We will assist in resolving issues where possible.

9. Conduct During Travel

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Comply with all local laws and regulations
• Respect local customs and cultural practices
• Follow instructions from guides and service providers
• Maintain appropriate behavior toward other travelers and staff
• Not engage in illegal activities or substance abuse

Violations may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

10. Accessibility and Accommodations

While we strive to accommodate all guests, Morocco's historic sites and accommodations may not be fully accessible for guests with mobility challenges. Please inform us of any special needs during booking so we can provide appropriate alternatives and recommendations.

11. Itinerary Changes

While we will make every effort to provide the itinerary as described, we reserve the right to modify, substitute, or cancel portions of the itinerary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Local events or restrictions
• Service provider availability
• Safety concerns
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible. If changes substantially reduce the value of the service, we will offer a refund or alternative arrangements.

12. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of VIP Luxe Travel and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

13. Photography and Media

VIP Luxe Travel may photograph or film travelers for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in writing. By booking, you consent to our use of images for marketing unless you request otherwise.

You may not publish or sell photographs of other travelers without their consent.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Morocco.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VIP Luxe Travel regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
